The contractual and data-protection terms that govern how the HydroNeo Group sells, licenses, and supports its products and services worldwide. This page is the central directory; each document is also available as a downloadable PDF.
HydroNeo's products help you monitor and automate aquaculture operations, but they are decision-support tools, not guarantees. You remain in charge of your farm, your animals, and your operational decisions, and you should always keep independent backup systems for life-critical equipment such as aerators.
We protect your data carefully and only use it for the purposes described in our Privacy Notice. We do not sell your data, and we do not allow third parties to use your data to train their AI models without your written consent.
These terms are written for professional aquaculture operators. If you are a private consumer, mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country still apply to you and cannot be waived by these terms.
Our Terms & Conditions are structured as a single Master document that applies worldwide, supplemented by country-specific addenda where local law requires it. The Master Terms always apply; an addendum only modifies the Master Terms to the extent required by local law in that jurisdiction.
Scope: Worldwide. Governs every sale, lease, subscription, and licence issued by any HydroNeo Group entity.
Defines the contractual relationship between HydroNeo and its customers, including customer classification (Commercial vs. Individual), professional-use representation, warranty scope, subscription terms, AI and data use restrictions, safety-critical update obligations, remote-shutdown rights, and limitation of liability.

Applies to customers domiciled in Thailand or purchasing through our Thai entity. Covers Thai-Baht invoicing, PDPA (B.E. 2562) compliance, mandatory rights under the Thai Civil and Commercial Code (Sections 472–474) and the Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522, deemed commercial use for aquaculture operators, and exclusive jurisdiction of the Bangkok courts.
Contracting entity: HydroNeo Aquaculture Technologies Pte. Ltd., Singapore
Applies to customers outside HydroNeo's local operating jurisdictions, including cross-border exports from Thailand or Singapore. Covers default USD invoicing, export-control and sanctions warranties, customer responsibility for local import permits and certifications, cross-border data transfer mechanisms, and HydroNeo's forum election between the Bangkok courts and SIAC arbitration in Singapore.
Future contracting entity: PT PMA HydroNeo Teknologi Indonesia (Surabaya, East Java)
A dedicated Indonesia Addendum will be published once PT PMA HydroNeo Teknologi Indonesia is fully operational and its Business Identification Number (NIB) is confirmed. The Indonesia Addendum will reflect local invoicing in Indonesian Rupiah, compliance with the Indonesian Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27/2022), and mandatory rights under the Indonesian Civil Code (Articles 1491–1511).
Our Privacy Notice describes how the HydroNeo Group collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data across our IoT devices, the FarmOS application, our websites, and all related services. It applies globally and is written to comply with the Thailand PDPA, Indonesian PDPL, Singapore PDPA, and the EU GDPR where applicable.
